At each WIN Conference, you receive a learning and discovery journal and join a series of pre-conference workshops. The workshops on Your Story culminate into each person's presentation at the Global WINConference. Or, if you cannot join, shared in a workshop separately. We also hold workshops on Inclusion, Authenticity, Creativity, Interconnection and Possibility as well as WIN's pillars and framework for change.

Women's Day special
The International Women’s Day (IWD) theme, as announced by the UN for 8 March is: Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress.
The theme celebrates the tremendous efforts by women around the world towards a thriving and sustainable future. This meeting explores the impact of women in leadership and how we inspire and empower others to live up to their full potential and leave a mark on their organisations, companies and the world.
It also looks at value and the critical factor of having resources, including monetary ones, and what proper investments in women can do to our planet, organisations and lives.
