We launched this event in 2021 as an annual online gathering to explore how empowered, wise, and experienced women can create meaningful change—within themselves, in their work, and across the world. As a global council of integrated women leaders, we hold both a profound opportunity and a great responsibility. Now, more than ever, coming together as a community is essential.

Not by following outdated models of the past, but by embracing a paradigm we have cultivated at WIN for nearly 30 years—one that honors authentic individuality, fosters interconnectedness, and integrates the feminine qualities of care, collaboration, intuition, and wholeness.

True leadership calls for the full spectrum of our intelligence—intellectual, physical, emotional, and spiritual. As we navigate an increasingly complex and fast-changing world, we believe the feminine dimensions of emotional and spiritual intelligence are more vital than ever—for both women and men.

We remain steadfast in this vision, continuously pioneering new ways of leading—trusting life’s unfolding while also ensuring our aspirations take form. Transformation is not just in what we do, but in who we are and who we are becoming.
