Who we are: W.I.N. is an independent social and international women’s leadership organization. W.I.N. is today a reference for modern women working internationally, conscious men and organizations active in the field of women’s leadership (includes personal leadership), development and diversity & inclusion.
Why: Our purpose and vision is to empower, develop and connect leaders with a feminine, authentic and global vision. Our goal is to realize potential, evoke change to authenticity and raise feminine and global awareness to create a sustainable future. This includes a creative approach, inspiring success based on individuality, cultivating authentic leadership and encouraging feminine ways of doing business and being in the world.
How: W.I.N. hosts the world-class, truly feminine, global and authentic leadership forum for women, “the WIN conference”. W.I.N. also runs quarterly corporate networking group meetings, mobilizing women programs, networking workshops, community projects, speaking and other big and small events worldwide.

100 years of the International Women’s Day
It is such an exciting year as the global media, corporations, NGOs, the arts, governments and citizens focus more than ever before on the wellbeing of women. And as International Women’s Day celebrates 100 years, I choose to be hopeful as we acknowledge the results of many a woman’s commitment, collaboration, inspiration, and hard work. Let that give us encouragement and a sense of urgency when we look at tackling the huge problems facing humanity today.
