W.I.N. 2010 a community gathering at the 2010 global conference
In October we will celebrate with a global learning event, the W.I.N. 2010 global leadership conference. This, the 13trh, conference, brings together outstanding professional women (and an increasing number of men), women’s networks and organizations from all over the world to address issues related to international leadership and women working internationally.
Women's networks and W.I.N. from the start!
W.I.N. was created in 1998 for women's networks and their outstanding members to advance the situation of women working internationally.
Why does this event matter?
W.I.N. 2010 is the cornerstone of an ambitious initiative to develop a global influence network of feminine leaders who can create a real impact by bringing new leadership, values and direction to careers, corporations, new enterprises, communities and political organizations worldwide.
W.I.N. 2010 is also passionately concerned with offering practical solutions to help women develop their creativity, acknowledge their strengths and develop new competencies. Our aim is for participants to leave the conference equipped to lead more fulfilling lives, both personally and professionally, having connected with others whose knowledge and inspiration can help each participant have an impact in making the world a better place.
Why are women's networks so vital?
Women's networks play an important role in helping women integrate, make contacts and succeed in the various markets (increasingly across borders) in which they operate. Women's networks constitute effective vehicles through which women can wield influence, create change and make an impact.
